Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
All sales are final. Each item from Greta Dell is unique because it is handmade. The Merino wool we use is hand-dyed, and colors will vary. If there is an issue with a ready-to-ship item or a custom order, please contact us at CutomerCare@GretaDell.com. We want to ensure your satisfaction and are here to help resolve any concerns.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the original shipping date. Items must be returned in their original condition. A $15 fee will be deducted from the refund total for items not returned in their original condition.
We only exchange items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CustomerCare@GretaDell.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that all refunds will be issued as shop credit for Greta Dell only.
